- 15,481 Small Holder Farmers (SHF) beneficiaries (58.2% women). reached in 60 villages (Shehia) across 9 Districts of Unguja and Pemba islands
- Zanzibar Multistakeholder Horticultural Action Group (ZMAG) formulated comprising institutions, agencies, and organizations from both public and private sectors to take charge as a sector enabler aimed to advance inclusive growth in the horticulture sub-sector particularly in project promoted crops.
- At least 766 feature articles and media stories advancing women economic empowerment in various newspapers, social media, mainstream radio, community radios, press releases and TV programs produced and published.
- 99.2% of smallholder beneficiaries adopting at least one innovation promoted by the project especially CSAPs including; organic fertilizers, spacing, use of improved seed varieties, irrigation water conservation, mulching and IPM
- At least 698 new water conservation units were distributed to small holder farmer beneficiaries in Unguja and Pemba which increased production for 89% in project promoted crops.
- 173 fruits, spices and vegetable propagation units were established..
- 87.9% of the project beneficiaries reported increase in income increase in income
- 99.2% of beneficiaries reported regular consumption of fresh vegetables, fruits and poultry/fish.
- 304 kitchen garden model farmers were established and managed to be replicated to 4,112 women beneficiaries.
- One locally appropriate food security curriculum developed.
- At least 4,115 marginalized women trained on horticultural Income Generating Activities (IGAs).
- 6,108 female farmers linked to various markets for selling their horticulture produce
